Orders are submitted via e-mail.
For personalised items, please check that all information both on your original submission & our subsequent correspondence is 100% correct as this is what will be printed. We advise that any images should be at least 300dpi – more if possible. If we do not consider the image submitted suitable for printing onto your selected product, we will inform you of this fact & give you the option to change it. If you still go ahead & place the order, Tees ‘n’ China will not be responsible for the final quality of the printing.
By placing your order, you are confirming you have checked the order & the specifications you have provided are correct. No changes can be made once the product is in production.
When you are completely satisfied with layout, spelling etc Tees ‘n’ China will invoice you via Paypal.
The invoice will detail product price, any additional set up fees & postage fees.
Only when the invoice has been paid will your goods be despatched.
We will advise of despatch date via e-mail. We aim to fulfil first orders within 14 days – subsequent reorders are fulfilled within 7 days.
Shipping & Delivery
All items are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class (your item will usually arrive within 3-5 days). We offer the option to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class (which should arrive within 1-2 days) or to Royal Mail next day delivery (should arrive the next day if ordered before 12noon). All items are appropriately packaged and should arrive undamaged.
Returns, Cancellations & Replacements
If you wish to cancel your order you can do so if it has not been produced. However, if it has been produced or is in the process of being produced, then we regret that we cannot cancel your order.
Personalised products cannot be returned unless there is a fault with them. Tees ‘n’ China will have the final judgement on whether this is so & will advise you accordingly.
Printed goods will not be accepted for return under any circumstances unless Tees ‘n’ China admit liability for any errors in writing.
Tees ‘n’ China will not refund on any product that has wrong information or image as, by placing your order, you are agreeing that these are correct (see our ordering policy above). No refunds will be made due to poor print quality.
Please note that the colours may differ slightly from those on your monitor/screen – we will not refund if the colour does not exactly match that displayed.
If we agree that the item may be returned you will be issued with a returns number which must be displayed on the outside of the package. Any returned items must be sent back in their original condition & packaging. Returns postage/carriage is your responsibility unless Tees ‘n’ China agree otherwise.
Tees ‘n’ China takes your privacy very seriously so we make sure that your details are kept safely and never sold to third parties
